It's no big secret that Blake Lively and Karl Lagerfeld and good friends... Lagerfeld, was a guest appearance in Gossip Girl! And Blake is always invariably spotted at Chanel shows and parties.
According to E! online her shoot for Chanel took place in Paris earlier this month, the images will be shown early next year.
